What is medical care like in Cameroon?

Medical care is inadequate in Cameroon. The range of doctors and clinics in Yaoundé and Douala is good, but by no means comparable to the European standard. Medical expenses must be paid immediately in cash.

This makes it all the more important to travel to Cameroon with good security. This means reimbursement of costs is guaranteed – for any medical costs on site or even for transport back to Germany.
