Provisit Au-pair24 is ideal for host families who value comprehensive, worry-free insurance coverage for their au pair from abroad. Our insurance is particularly suitable for families who want maximum security. You benefit from one of the most comprehensive insurance coverage packages on the market, including higher liability insurance sums.
Preventive medical checkups and vaccinations can also be covered. The “XL” tariff is one of the few au pair insurance policies that covers the costs of preventive care, checkups, and vaccinations up to €500 per year. This is not only particularly important for the health of the au pair, but also for the health of the host family.
Thanks to daily billing with no administrative fees, families enjoy maximum financial security in the event that the au pair's stay ends prematurely.
Unlike most comparable insurance products, Provisit Au-pair24 covers both the au pair's outward and return journeys as well as their au pair activities.

Good to know!
When a host family takes in an au pair for the first time, there are many things that the host parents may not consider. This includes the question of which vaccinations the young guest from abroad has had—and which they haven't. This is not only important for the health of the au pair, but also for the health of the family members.
The XL tariff of our Provisit Au-pair24 is the only au pair insurance in Germany that covers vaccinations and preventive medical checkups to this extent. This is one of the reasons why Provisit Au-pair24 is so popular not only with experienced host parents, but also with au pair agencies.
.
For au pairs from non-EU countries, a signed contract is mandatory in order to apply for a visa at the German embassy. For au pairs from EU countries, it is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. The contract sets out the rights and obligations of both the au pair and the host family in writing.
The au pair contract issued by the Federal Employment Agency is readily accepted by German embassies and immigration authorities for visa applications. The accompanying questionnaire for host families should also be submitted.
If a visa is not required, or if you would like a bilingual contract that is easier for the au pair to understand, the AuPairWorld form is a good alternative.
With Provisit Au-pair24, the au pair can visit a dentist of their choice at any time. What they need to bear in mind depends on the type of treatment. If the tooth is really painful, they will receive immediate emergency pain relief treatment. If it is not an emergency, in some cases the treatment must be agreed with us in advance by means of a treatment and cost plan.
This is what to do:
1. The au pair goes to a dental practice of their choice. We recommend dentists who are approved by all health insurance companies.
2. The au pair hands in the Medical Info Card at the dentist's office. The Medical Info Card tells the doctor what types of treatment are covered and allows them to send their bill directly to us. The Medical Info Card is provided with the insurance confirmation, or you can download it here. If the doctor does not wish to bill us directly, the bill must be paid and then submitted to us.
3. For some treatments, the doctor must draw up a treatment and cost plan, which must also be submitted to us before treatment begins.
