Please note the following directions:
If you travel back earlier than expected, please inform us immediately, as the cancellation will take effect at the earliest on the day we receive it. You will then only pay the contributions accrued up to the date of receipt of this notification. If there is a credit balance, this will be transferred back to you immediately and without deduction of an administrative fee. Please note that with Provisit Visum there is a minimum contribution of 20.00 €.
If you or your guest cannot enter the country due to a visa refusal, a refund of the insurance premium is possible. For the refund of the premium, please submit us the rejection letter from the embassy or consulate.
Retroactive reimbursement is only possible when joining a statutory health insurance. In this case, we require the membership certificate as proof.
